HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Express Shipping and order tracking:

Australia:
AUD$10 per order through Australia Post or a local courier company

The rest of the world:
A flat rate of $20 per order with DHL

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Due to disruption from the Coronavirus pandemic, some orders may take slightly longer to arrive, depending on local delivery capacity.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Australia, and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, under the current climate this may take up to 7 days.

International orders can take up to 14 days currently. Thank you for your patience.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time-frame from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email support@tweakmeonline.com

All orders have “an authority to leave”, and if you have special instructions for where the parcel is to be left, please advise on checkout.

For couriered packages, make sure your supplied address is attended to during business hours. Unfortunately we cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Tweakmeonline uses Australia Post or a local courier company and DHL for our New Zealand based customers.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

If you live outside Australia, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Tweakmeonline, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
