Returns & Refunds
What is the Return Policy?
We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund. Returns and exchanges must be as per the below terms and conditions:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached
- Proof of Payment must accompany the return
- All Garments are subject to inspection
Are Returns Free?
If you change your mind, you will be charged for shipping for the return and exchange. If your g-string is faulty or damaged then we will be happy to pay the shipping when we replace your item.
How Do I Organise a Return?
Please notify us on email@example.com that you are unhappy with the Tweak you were sent and you would like an exchange/ return. We will then provide you with the address for the returnable item.
Please note that once the item has been assessed and you are granted a refund, then we will return your monies into the same account to which the Tweak was purchased.
Tweakmeonline cannot be responsible for any lost post, therefore to ensure a timely & reliable return, we recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
